Below is an itinerary that I had prepared.
Day 1: Singapore- Thailand- Kathmandu [Stay over @ Kathmandu]
0740H: Thai Airways (TG402) departs Singapore for Bangkok.
0900H: Reach Bangkok, transit for 1 hr 15 min
1015H: Depart Bangkok for Kathmandu
1225H: Arrive Kathmandu , they will pick us up from Airport direct to Guesthouse
1400H: Arrive @ Annapurna Guesthouse
1500H: Explore Kathmandu Valley region:
1830H: Make arrangements with Bus to Pokhara tomorrow & THE LAST RESORT
1900H: Back to hostel, REST, Dinner
Day 2: Kathmandu- Pokhara [Stay over @ Pokhara]
0730H: Depart to Pokhara, 198km west of Kathmandu, depart by bus
1430H: Reach Pokhara , checked into the booked accommodation
1530H: Explore Pokhara:
1800H: Chill at Pokhara [to check how much to stay in hotel Pagoda, get there? ]
Day 3: Pokhara – Sarangkot [stay over @ Sarangkot]
1000H: Take taxi ride 45mins up the hill (about 700 Ruppes)
1045H: Reach mid way, walk up 30 mins up to hotel which is located 70m below Sarangkot Viewpoint . Reach hotel area, check-in @ Superview guesthouse
OR
1000H: Trek 2-3 hour from Pokhara to Sarangkot
1300H: Reach hotel area, check-in @ Superview guesthouse
1500H: Trek to Dampus, view sunset [optional—to be confirm/decide on the spot]
1800H: Begin descent
Day 4: Sarangkot – Pokhara [stay over @ Pokhara]
View sunrise, follow by trek/taxi ride back to Pokhara
Day 5: Pokhara – Kathmandu-Bhaktapur- Nagarkot [stay over @ Nagarkot]
0800H: Leave by bus to Kathmandu
1500H: Reach Kathmandu
1600H: Depart for Nagarkot , 21km away
1800H: reach Nagarkot, check into Nagarkot farmhouse
Day 6: Nagarkot – Kathmandu [stay over @ Kathmandu]
0500H: View sunrise; Hike from Nagarkot to Sankhu
1200H: Return to Kathmandu
1400H: Arrive Kathmandu
– Boudhanath Stupa, largest stupa in Nepal , 5km northeast of Kathmandu.
– Pashupatinath Temple, cremations are seen, 4km east of Kathmandu.
Day 7: Bungy jump/ Water rafting with THE LAST RESORT [stay over @ Kathmandu]
0545H: Meet at sagarmatha bazaar, next to OR2K restaurant
0600H: Leave for Langtang by bus (100km)
1000H: Reach Langtang
1600H: Leave for Kathmandu
2030H: Arrive Kathmandu, Thamel.
Day 8: Kathmandu- Bangkok- Singapore
1030H: Leave hostel for Airport
1100H: To reach airport, check-in
1330H: TG320, flight from Kathmandu to Bangkok
1815H: Reach Bangkok, transit
1940H: TG 401, flight from Bangkok- Singapore
2255H: Arrive Singapore
